MaxForce is backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.
- You must contact our support team by email to initiate the refund.
- The 60-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery.
- Empty bottles are accepted — we understand you need to actually try the product to know if it works for you.
2. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, email contact@maxforceplus.online with:
- Your full name (as it appears on the order)
- Your order number
- The email address you used to place the order
- A brief note about your experience (optional, but helpful for us)
Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service — we cannot process refunds for returns that do not reach us.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
5. What Is Refunded
The 60-day guarantee covers the product price. Original shipping fees (where applicable) and return shipping are not refunded.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the affected products or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Retailer Support
MaxForce is sold through third-party payment retailers. If you cannot reach us directly, you may also contact the retailer listed on your order receipt for order-related support.
